Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver frozen broth island wide in Singapore using our trusted third-party delivery partners.


2. Delivery Time Slots

You may choose your preferred delivery time slot at checkout. Please note that delivery will take place anytime within the selected slot. We are unable to guarantee exact delivery timing as this is managed by third party delivery partners and we have no control over their delivery route.


3. Someone Must Be Available to Receive Delivery

Please make sure someone is available at your delivery address during the chosen delivery slot. Your broth is packed and dispatched frozen. Please place the broth in your freezer immediately upon receipt.

If no one is home, our delivery partner may leave the order at your doorstep, concierge, guard post, or another safe and accessible location and this shall be considered successfully delivered.

After delivery, we are not responsible for product condition, including:

  • Thawing after delivery

  • Delay in placing the broth in the freezer

  • Loss, damage, or contamination after delivery


4. If Delivery Cannot Be Completed

If the delivery location is inaccessible, unsafe, or delivery cannot be completed because no one is available, we reserve the right to cancel the order without refund (as our products are perishable). If you request, we may arrange redelivery for an additional fee.


5. Order Changes

If you need to change your delivery address or time slot, please contact us at least 48 hours before delivery at hello@thedailybroth.com.sg. We will do our best to help, but cannot guarantee your request as changes depend on delivery route and availability.
