We ship by registered mail using the local postal service. Tracking is available for most destinations but not all.
Packages that are shipped via courier/express service and come with tracking details. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, along with your tracking number, and a link to track the package.
The checkout page will automatically calculate shipping rates based on your destination. Should your country not appear on the shipping list, please drop us a line at email@example.com and we will fix it pronto.
For all Luxe Sales items, shipping will be invoiced separately and the display/cart/checkout amount excludes all shipping costs. Please feel free to inquire about shipping costs prior to purchasing by dropping us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
International Customs Fees + Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please note these charges are solely the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine if there may be additional customs costs in your country.
Custom Delays etc:
Please ensure you are up to date with the shipping/customs rules and regulations of the country you would like your package shipped to. We are not responsible for any customs delays for your package, for any reason. For instance, some countries require an import number from the buyer, these should be provided at the time of order. By confirming the purchase, the buyer agrees to be held responsible if there are any return fees should the package be rejected at customs or 30% of the product fee, whichever is higher, as well any additional costs associated with re-sending a new package.
Incomplete/Incorrect shipping address:
Please always double check your shipping address before submitting your order to ensure it is correct. If a package is shipped to an incorrect address and the package is returned/rejected, any costs associated with the rejected package (including replacement costs, additional shipping costs) shall be borne by the buyer.
