Yes, our broth is certified Halal by the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM), who are accepted by MUIS as a valid overseas Halal certification body.

Upon receipt please store your broth immediately in the freezer and consume before the stated expiration date.

You can consume our broth daily, once it is heated. We recommend drinking it on its own first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, but it is also good for you at any other time in the day. Our Clear & Classic version can be used for cooking, as a substitute for stock in recipes.

We recommend:

• Enjoying it in the morning instead of coffee, as an afternoon pick-me-up, or as an evening nightcap. If you are new to broth, you can start with our minis (80ml) as your daily dose and later work your way up if you'd like.
• Using bone broth instead of water to braise meats, sauté veggies, or boil rice
• Using it as a pre and post-workout supplement

We deliver our broth frozen in insulated bags. Our broth is frozen immediately after being made while it’s still fresh. Freezing effectively halts the activity of microorganisms and fungi in the food, ensuring its safety as long as it remains
frozen. This acts as nature’s pause button, preserving freshness and slowing enzymatic reactions. Our broth remains in optimal condition until it’s defrosted and consumed. This is why it is essential that you store your broth in the freezer immediately upon receipt.

Our Minis are intended for babies and toddlers, and are all sold with no added sugar, salt, or pepper.

Clear Classic is our everyday, no-frills broth. Clean ingredients, great taste, and more affordable for daily cooking or hotpot.

Our Premium Organic Broth uses certified organic chicken, and for beef, we use certified grass-fed beef.
It also contains more vegetables compared to our Clear Classic version.

Our Premium Broth is best enjoyed as it is, simply heat and sip or serve.

Yes. Our Clear Classic is packed in food-grade, BPA-free plastic that is safe for freezing and food contact.

You are able to select a delivery time at checkout. Please ensure someone is there to receive during this time slot, otherwise the broth will be left on your doorstep or at the closest point of access. If this is not possible we reserve the right to fail the delivery and to charge you a redelivery fee. Broth should be frozen immediately upon delivery.
